Transformemos Sin Fronteras Project
In partnership with the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation
Transformemos Sin Fronteras is a social transformation initiative that seeks to train Venezuelan migrant women by enhancing their skills and abilities, in order to empower and enable them to access new and better job opportunities. In order to generate a comprehensive impact, the project’s intervention model includes four fundamental components:
- Psychosocial care
- Soft skills workshops
- Training courses
- Job preparation workshops
The project will focus on the cities of Cartagena and Medellin, and over the next two years, 745 beneficiaries between the ages of 22 and 44 will receive a total of 560 hours of training. At the same time, they will have the opportunity to participate in cross-cutting support activities such as medical brigades, labor closets, and job fairs, among others.
Transformemos Sin Fronteras is a reality, thanks to the joint work between Juanfe Foundation and Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, who forged this alliance with the aim of empowering women to reorient their life projects, generating capabilities that favor the inclusion and human development of each beneficiary.
